UK-based startup Allye Energy has introduced two new industrial battery MAX1000 and MAX1500
saving up to 100 tonnes of CO2e
UK-based startup Allye Energy has introduced two new industrial battery energy storage systems (BESS) called the MAX1000 and MAX1500 , designed for commercial and industrial applications. These systems utilize repurposed EV battery packs with mixed chemistries (LFP and NMC), significantly reducing their environmental footprint and embedded carbon by over 40% per unit , saving up to 100 tonnes of CO₂e . The MAX1000 offers 820 kW of power and 1 MWh of storage capacity , while the MAX1500 provides 1.25 MW of power and 1.5 MWh of storage capacity . Both systems are modular, liquid-cooled, and can operate in on-grid or off-grid installations. The MAX1000 is available for order now, with the MAX1500 launching in summer 2025.
